Empowering Others To Excel (EOE) is a Maryland-based life coaching and consulting company focused on providing personalized coaching solutions for individuals, families, and organizations. Founded by Jacqueline Jobes, EOE specializes in life coaching workshops that promote growth, resilience, and accountability across a range of topics, from goal setting and time management to problem-solving and conflict resolution. With over 20 years of experience in guiding and inspiring others, Jacqueline’s approach combines practical tools with motivational support to help clients reach their fullest potential.

Our workshops are thoughtfully crafted to be interactive, reflective, and hands-on, with sessions that encourage participants to develop actionable plans, share insights, and learn collaboratively. We offer structured programs for adults, teens, and middle school students, tailoring our content to meet each group’s unique needs. For adults, our series covers critical life skills in eight-week formats, including accountability, life planning, and conflict resolution, while our workshops for teens focus on self-development and goal-setting for a successful future.
